CloudConnect maintains minimum requirement standards for becoming a Partner. Upon meeting the requirements below and submitting the online Partner Enrollment Form, partners are assigned the CloudConnect management portal, allowing full access to infrastructure via vCloud Director.

Requirements

  •  - Maintain at least one full-time engineer or systems technician.
  •  - Participate in a total of two real-time webinar training classes (60 minutes each in length).
  •  - Manage incoming Tier I support calls from end users. CloudConnect supports Tier II inquiries.
