The initial training session is your introduction to the CloudConnect management portal and the desktop account management features. This session will precede your mspCloud demo should you opt to demo the platform. At conclusion of Session I, you and your team will have the knowledge necessary to install applications and manage a basic CloudConnect Desktop environment.
Training Session I addresses the following:
- Gateway access and device compatibility
- Provisioning desktop user accounts
- Setup and access of peripheral devices
- Managing basic permissions
- Installing applications
