Your CloudConnect control panel allows you to provision environments, adjust server resources, and provision storage. By logging into the control panel, partners have access to vCloud Director, enabling access to all teh necessary infrastructure.
With each Desktop and each Virtual Server, CloudConnect includes the necessary licensing. Don't worry about purchasing licenses when you add users or provision new servers. In addition, you can easily add Microsoft desktop or server applications required by your users, such as the MS Office Suite or SQL Server.
From your control panel, you can provision server resources and storage as necessary. Scale up or scale down, and maintain the flexibility to proactively manage your user environments.
CloudConnect includes data protection with every gigabyte of storage. As storage is provisioned, it automatically receives data protection, allowing for restore of an environment to a prior state if ever necessary. Don't worry about backups, and know that your users' data is secure.
Tier II support is available for every partner and their techs. Open a support case by phone or via the CloudConnect support portal and the Help Desk will assist you. Optional Advanced Support is also available for complex issues extending beyond the scope of standard CloudConnect support.
